Sometimes, the worst form of government except for all the rest.
Other times, just the worst.The Washington Post reports here that a District Court has stopped the FTC's "Do Not Call Registry" because one of those sharp tacks over in Congress crossed his Is and dotted his Ts:
Although Congress gave the agency funding to run the list, it did not give the FTC specific authority to implement the listUm, guys . . . . Duh.
