The man in black
Johnny Cash, about whom I blogged effusively a few weeks ago, has died from complications from diabetes. He was 71.
For some reason, this refrain from "Folsom Prison Blues" jumps out at me:
Well, if they freed me from this prison,
If that railroad train was mine,
I bet I'd move out over a little,
Farther down the line,
Far from Folsom Prison,
That's where I want to stay,
And I'd let that lonesome whistle,
Blow my blues away.
