Big NewsThis is pretty big news: Massachusetts' top court ruled Tuesday that the state cannot deny gays the right to marry. I'm sure there'll be great political analysis here, and great legal analysis here, and all kinds of interesting pointers of both kinds here and here. Enjoy. If I can tear myself away from my other commitments long enough to read the opinion, I'll put my comments up. In any case, the most interesting question may well be whether the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Constitution requires other states to recognize the same-sex marriages of Massachusetts. UPDATE: Here's the text of the opinion.
